Pool Builder in Bothell
Bothell sits astride the King–Snohomish county line, and its backyards range just as widely — sloped Norway Hill lots with real views, creek-side properties near North Creek and the Sammamish River, and newer Canyon Park neighborhoods with room for a family pool, an integrated spa and a deck built for actual use.
Hillsides and creek corridors reward planning — we sort out excavation access, drainage and any slope engineering first, and the glacial till under much of the city calls for a properly engineered shell. Everything is chosen to hold up to real Northwest weather.
Building in Bothell
Hillside and creek-side lots
On Norway Hill and other sloped Bothell lots we engineer the shell and step the footings into the grade, so the finished pool sits level and keeps its view.
Two-county permitting
Bothell spans King and Snohomish counties. We handle City of Bothell review on either side of the line, plus drainage planning for lots near North Creek and the Sammamish River.
Weather-tough finishes
Pebble interiors, honed stone coping and screened equipment pads are chosen to last through wet Northwest winters.

Bothell pool questions
Can you build a pool on a sloped Bothell lot?
Yes — hillside builds are one of our specialties. On Norway Hill and similar grades we engineer the shell and footings for the slope, so the finished pool sits perfectly level and keeps the view.
Do you handle permits on both sides of the county line?
We do. Bothell straddles King and Snohomish counties, and we manage City of Bothell review along with drainage and setback planning from the start so nothing conflicts down the line.
